With almost two decades in the industry, he is helping companies to better use their data, and transition to cloud based Data Automation with an agile mindset and proper SW engineering tools and processes, aka DataOps.

Roberto's approach is to coach data teams hands-on about practical data architecture and the use of patterns, testing, version control and agile collaboration. The goal is that the development team understands to balance quick development with keeping in check the technical debt by taking pragmatic decisions that follow software engineer best practices.
