I am a Civil Engineer (Electronics) from DTU with professional work experience since 1986 in large and small Danish and foreign companies. I have been in the labor market since 1978.

Leader and designer with experience in developing products from concept to finished production. As a manager with experience in project management, planning and contract writing. Have done projects according to the waterfall model and agile development methods.

In this connection, I am characterized by being a systematic and persistent problem solver with lots of creativity and inventiveness so that a result is always achieved that everyone can be satisfied with.

In the mobile terminal industry, I have been involved in launching several GSM phones. In the mobile telephony industry, it has led to the launch of new subscriptions and several internal technical projects.

In the public transport sector, I have participated in a project that combines Flextrafik and public transport to benefit primarily the peripheral areas of Denmark. The work has been done in collaboration with the transport companies in Denmark (BAT on Bornholm excluded).

At AAU I have worked as a technical project manager on a couple of SW gateway projects, helped establish AAU's new data center and most recently I am a technical project manager on an ISO27001 certification.

I have department manager experience with developing SW departments from scratch with associated administration and quality management systems. I also have experience with employee development interviews and competency building. In this regard, I work responsibly and carefully.

As a person, I am outgoing, open, loyal and honest. I work well both in teams and independently but prefer to have people around me.
